Well, Um, Yeah, What did I do today? Absolutely NOTHING!!!! Well other than Watch a 4 hour movie, take a walk, and reorganize my book list. Did you know that I've read over 120 books since the start of the school year in August?
But I found this Image online today and thought it was ironic... Since I'm in Tech Ed and today we started building things, it was much fun. I helped one of my friends with her project... That was a lot of fun.
In PE today wehad to pretend we had disabilities and it really hard. One of the stations was to tie your shoes with tongs or pencils, I can't tie my shoes very well in the first place so that was really hard...
The 4 hour movie I watched was called Merlin... very unexciting.... 4 hours of the same thing over and over again. No to mention the bad graphics cause it was an OLD movie... only old movies are 4 hours long and that boring.
Other than That I had another BORING, and I mean BORING day!! **Puffs loudly and stomps away**

Dramatics...
I'm getting tired of playing the same boring song, over, and over, and over again. How many of you have seen the Disney move Pocahontas? I'm guessing not very many. But we have to play the song colors of the wind... from that movie... Not cool. It sounds good, but I hate it, my stand partner hates it... The entire first Violins hate it... My friend who sits in front of me reads this blog, and said that I should complain endlessly about this and then do this **throws up hands in a dramatic gesture** Y'all catch that? I don't feel like repeating myself...
Then I had more boring Safety tests in Tech Ed... Thank God we start our napkin holders tomorrow...
In Pride Time we did some more Marbling, it was fun... I made this bright orange frame for my Grandma...It's cool, maybe I'll get a chance to take a picture of it and put it on her so you guys can see it... can't bring it home 'till Monday **Sad Face**
I can't wait 'till tomorrow night **happy dance** I get to watch two of my favorite T.V. Shows **Another Happy Dance** Merlin and Stargate Universe
I hope y'all liked my "Dramatics"

Boring and Bets... That sounds like a shop **shrugs**
Another really, and I mean really boring day... We had
Math... 1/2 the class was gone. We had science... We did something the teacher
had already made us do but forgot we'd done it. We had Social Studies... What
are learner profiles, please tell me, anybody, I have no Idea
what they are and I'm supposed to be an "expert". We had
Orchestra... same as everyday... boring and repetitive. We had Tech Ed...
machine demonstrations... BORING!!!! We had Reading/Lang Arts... same thing as every day... If I have to take
another day of:
- SSR
- Word Ladder
- Minute Mystery (Usually ends up being 10 min.)
- Group books (The True Confessions of Charlotte Doyle)
- Mystery Person
- Pick Up
I will kill myself... I will don't
doubt me... I will...
Then We had Pride Time.... Usually
the most boring class of all but was the most exciting of the day! I was chosen
to do an Art class and we're doing Marbling... I have no Idea what that is but
it sounds fun!
My friends were all taking bets on
how long it will take me to read the book I'm reading right now... Wizards
First Rule, it's 820 pages...so far I have
- 2 - 1 week
- 3 - 4 days
- 1 - 2 days
- 2 - 5 days
- 1 - 2 weeks (they had no idea how fast I read)
If you wish to submit a guess put it
in with a comment. To give you a chance... I read Harry Potter and the Deathly
Hallows (759 pages) in 1 (summer) day...

Not the Spiders... Please not the Spiders...
I woke up at 3:30 this morning to Boom, Boom, CRASH...Hail was falling everywhere... It wasn't your normal, everyday hail, it was your quarter-size hail... That's HUGE... About a hour later it stopped hailing and I fell back to sleep... **zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz**
The rest of the morning wasn't too exciting... until 4th period... **laughs mischievously** Okay those of you who follow this blog know all about my best friend... Well she loves her gossip.. and she heard a juicy bit and she was coming to tell me **knowing very well that I couldn't care less** but the person who told her had other plans... My best friend had taken off at a run and the other girl had to sprint to catch up but that was enough... She grabbed my friend by the arm, dragged her to the ground and she bashed her knee on the floor, Oh the unforgiving gym floor...Well she ended up knocking her knee cap or something out of place... I think she's lucky she got to get out of the rest of school...so what if she has to where a knee brace for ... um... I think its eternity but that's beside the point... Now she want to kill the person who did it... She already had a long kill-list but it just keeps growing...
Okay, some people are complete idiots...at lunch today we had smokies, mashed potatoes and Cinnamon rolls... no big deal right... except they had corn there too, so I asked for some corn, they said no I couldn't because I had mashed potatoes when they give the mashed potatoes to you even if you don't want them and ask them not to give them to you... like I said earlier... complete Idiots...
I had to take an ARI inmath reading class today, don't ask me what that means, I don't know myself... I think I did really bad at it because they made me read out loud... I don't like reading out loud... **sad face**
Okay, That was GROSS I just saw a dark spot moving across the floor..(way too fast to be a shadow) and so I picked up the garbage can right next to me and slammed it right on top of it and it was a spider... I hate spiders...

Well, Well, Well...
Today, I've done nothing but sit in a church for... **just a moment have to figure out how long it took...See hopeless at mental math** I don't know I got there at 7:45 and didn't leave until 12:30... 4 hrs, and 45 min. **YAY** I did it!!!
Okay, so today was Youth Sunday at my church... for all you people who have no idea what Youth Sunday is... It's the day when the entire service is by kids. The Senoir Highs get shipped off to college, and the comformads (8th graders) are now legal members of the Church... **Quite boring really** I'm in choir and bell choir so I really had to be there... even if I didn't want to... Look on the bright side, I got a free brunch meal at 10 AM
Since then I've been doing random stuff, filling time... for example:

Ummm... What have I done today?
Really, I haven't done anything of vital importance...
I have a full day ahead of me! NOT!! I hate weekends. They're so boring... especially with no Homework! **Sad Face**
I hate having nothing to do... other than read books. I've read over a hundred books since August, I don't need to read any more!!!
I wish I got paid every time I read a book. I would have plenty of money for my laptop then! But I don't...**Sad Face**
- I woke up (obviously)
- I ate breakfast
- I read for 2 hours finishing The Westing Game
- I did my daily exercise
- I watched two episodes of Merlin
- I ate lunch
- I started another book: Lock and Key
- I listened to my radio...while reading my book
- I jogged a mile on my treadmill while watching the 1st Harry Potter movie.
- I am now updating my blogs, & cleaning out my emails

A Chillling Letter...
Subject: A LETTER FROM A PROCTER AND GAMBLE EXECUTIVE TO THE PRESIDENT
AN OPEN LETTER TO PRESIDENT OBAMA
Dear President Obama:
You are the thirteenth President under whom I have lived and unlike any of the others, you truly scare me.
You scare me because after months of exposure, I know nothing about you.
You scare me because I do not know how you paid for your expensive Ivy League education and your upscale lifestyle and housing with no visible signs of support.
You scare me because you did not spend the formative years of youth growing up in America and culturally you are not an American.
You scare me because you have never run a company or met a payroll.
You scare me because you have never had military experience, thus don't understand it at its core.
You scare me because you lack humility and 'class', always blaming others.
You scare me because for over half your life you have aligned yourself with radical extremists who hate America and you refuse to publicly denounce these radicals who wish to see America fail..
You scare me because you are a cheerleader for the 'blame America ' crowd and deliver this message abroad.
You scare me because you want to change America to a European style country where the government sector dominates instead of the private sector.
You scare me because you want to replace our health care system with a government controlled one.
You scare me because you prefer 'wind mills' to responsibly capitalizing on our own vast oil, coal and shale reserves.
You scare me because you want to kill the American capitalist goose that lays the golden egg which provides the highest standard of living in the world.
You scare me because you have begun to use 'extortion' tactics against certain banks and corporations.
You scare me because your own political party shrinks from challenging you on your wild and irresponsible spending proposals.
You scare me because you will not openly listen to or even consider opposing points of view from intelligent people.
You scare me because you falsely believe that you are both omnipotent and omniscient.
You scare me because the media gives you a free pass on everything you do.
You scare me because you demonize and want to silence the Limbaugh's, Hannitys, O'Reillys and Becks who offer opposing, conservative points of view.
You scare me because you prefer controlling over governing.
Finally, you scare me because if you serve a second term I will probably not feel safe writing a similar letter in 8 years.
Lou Pritchett
This letter was sent to the NY Times but they never acknowledged it.
Big surprise.
Since it hit the internet, however, it has had over 500,000 hits.
All that is necessary for evil to succeed is that good men do nothing... It's happening right now.
Okay, Now, I know, That was very, very scary horrifying...
Lou Pritchett is one of corporate America 's true living legends--an acclaimed author, dynamic teacher and one of the world's highest rated speakers. Successful corporate executiveseverywhere recognize him as the foremost leader in change management.. Lou changed the way America does business by creating an audacious concept that came to be known as "partnering." Pritchett rose from soap salesman to Vice-President, Sales and Customer Development for Procter and Gamble and over the course of 36 years, made corporate history.

I Apologize...
I Apologize to all of my frequent readers (all three of you) for not being able to post anything for the past two days. I just forgot on Tuesday, and I was really busy last night.
Okay... Last night, let me think... oh yeah! I had the All-City Track Meet, I've only been sore from runny, hoarse from too much yelling and still cold from the wind and ice. Yeah I totally forgot about it... But really, I did really bad on the mile. The worst I've ever done in a meet. I got 7:40 min in the mile, 23 sec. worse than my 7:17 I got last Monday. Although I did do a lot better in the 1/2 Mile, I only got 2 sec slower than my best. I got in ninth in both, but there were at least 20 per event so that is pretty good...
Right after that I had Choir practice, I didn't have enough time to take a shower, so I was stinky for another 3 hours. I was already hoarse from cheering so much, that they could barely hear me singing **Sniff**
I couldn't go to the bathroom at any of these places so I was holding it in for 15 hours, 15 HOURS!!
I had a retake test yesterday too. It was in Math (see how I changed the subject?) I had gotten a B on my test on Monday, so I retook it and got an A **Happy Dance** My friend got and 100% **mumbles something that sounds like "Show-Off"** Not that I have any room to complain, since I've gotten a few 100% in my time...
In the past week I've gotten invited to 3 birthday parties. One I know that I'm absolutely going to. The other two I'm not so sure. They're both on the same day and I want to go to one of them , and not the other but my dad probably won't let me go to it **sad face** I'm sad now, I didn't want to go because I like the person, No I wanted to go for the Movie and shopping (most of which would probably be books...)
Oh well, life goes on... well, maybe...

Another Meet, Another Time
YAY!!!!! I did really well today at my Track Meet **Happy Dance** I got 7:17 on the Mile **YAY** & 3:09 on the 1/2 Mile **Sweet really** Yeah, I'm sore. Yeah, I'm tired. Yeah, I'm stiff. But I'm still happy!!! I got really good Times.
After track, my brother took me to a car dealership, to look at cars I can't even use yet! But the drive over was funny. He HATES driving on the interstate (we were on it for a good 10 min stright) and he was scared on a ramp, the speed limit was 55, he was going 45, and the car felt like it was going to tip over... After we got over our screaming session, it was kind of fun.
I had a math test today. **glumly writes the rest** I feel I did really good but you never know...
On a related subject, my parents think I'm hopeless at math (Even though I'm two years ahead of the rest of my grade) becuase I can't do mental math very well... They had me transfer 70 ft and 2in into in. It took me 5 min. Then they had me find out how many meters it was **Why me? Why do I have parents obsessed with math?**
I'm reading the sequel to Graceling, it's called Fire... can you guess who the main character is? Her name is Amaxingly... FIRE!!! For her hair.
My best friend really likes FanFiction and she's writin a really cool one. And my other friend was reading it during Science class, and she kept getting dirty looks because she kept bursting out laughing. I've read the story, and it really is funny, but watching her reaction... well.... it was priceless (Buy your MasterCard Today!)
You're hopeless (like my best friend) if you did not get that joke... There is nothing I can do for you. I should stop, I'm seeing bubbles again... And as I said before, I'm not on Drugs, **maybe**

I'm Getting Nervous... **Sad Face**
I Started a new Book Today. It is called Graceling, it is really good but is very confusing. Some of the population have gifts called graces. And the main character is a girl who is the niece of the king and hace a Grace for killing. And now she's falling in love with a forien Prince with a Grace to read the thoughts of people who think of him... Very confusing.
I still havent done my homework...Shhh! don't tell my parents. I want to get good grades but that's too much homework from one class...
I went for a walk today with my dad and we were talking about the Track meet tomorrow. And we discussed all different things about track. My dad ran the 400m dash in 50.2 sec. That is truely amazing. Now I'm getting nervous about my meet tomorrow.
All of a sudden I'm getting a craving for ice cream, but I can't have any because its too expensive... **Sad Face**
I didn't go to church this morning, **shrugs-can't decide whether that's good or bad** because my parents didn't get home fom their trip until 10:00 last night...
Well I gotta go... need to finish Graceling today...

The Lost Hero... Oh How I Hate You...
YAY!!!! I can barely breath... Today I checked my google reader, I found one from the 14th and it was AMAZING!!!! It was the official announcement about the new camp-half-blood series, the series will be called The Heroes of Olympus and the First book will be call The Lost Hero. I am in Shock. I'm reacting worse than I did when I found out the tittle of the third of the Hunger Games series Mockingjay.
I'm listening to another PotterCast today...
I got out of going to a party that I didn't want to go to **Happy Dance, cough, can't breathe... too happy** It was for my cousin, one that I've only met once.
I haven't done any of my homework yet but I will have to soon **I'm sad now** I can't wait... (can ya feel my sarcastic feelings vibrating through the computer?
I can't wait though. Why does it have to come out in October? I want it now!!!! I'm crying now, I mean really crying my eyes out. **sniff, sniff, WAIL**
If you couldn't tell, I was talking about The Lost Hero again...

Hate Smeagle
Today I found out that I'm going to run in the All-City-Meet next Wednesday. I'm running the Mile (1600) and I'm back-up for the 1/2 Mile (800). It's gonna suck...
Today, the BOB team won First place in the Final Competition. YAY!!! But the bad thing was that my best friend is in the team and she missed Tech Ed... again. I almost finished what we were doing but I'm going to ask my teacher if she can get only half-credit.
My Reading teacher gave me A LOT of homework over the weekend **sad face** I have to read another 3 chapters, an entire packet of questions about the 3chapters -40 questions in all- and 3 pages that I have to fill out about 2 different books that I have to read this weekend...
Right now I'm listening to an awesome podcast called... Pottercast!!!!! #217 Show Us Your Face!! They're making fun of Smeagle from the Lord of the Rings...**YAY** (I don't like Smeagle...)
Well Goodbye... Hate Smeagle for me!

Ouh Oh...
Ouh Oh... My dad is really mad... his truck got attacked by a bat. Some idiot smashed the rear-taillight out. It will cost $1200. Yep, he's mad.
In other news, I have a lot of work due tomorrow **sad face** Grades are due soon so all the teachers are push everything important. I never have any missing or late work but I hate it when teachers give us all this time to finish everything when I don't need any of it.
Remember my Best friend that I was talking about yesterday? Well she was back today and we had to measure a door. I told her to go measure it, and the door was open so she tried to measure the threshold. I told her to measure the door, she replied smartly...huh? and I went measure the D-O-O-R. She still didn't get it and I had to go and do it myself, and afterward she was like, "well you could've told me that... (She's hopeless.)
Yesterday was the Last day I had church on a regular basis, like every Wednesday. I got a huge Ice cream cone **happy dance** I still have choir and bells practice **ugh** for two weeks though.
I had track today and my shins didn't hurt!!! **YAY** I have practice tomorrow again. Next Monday I have my last track meet. On Wednesday I have the All-City-Meet, which conflicts with my choir practice.
Mi nombre es el español que odia. No me gusta hablar, leer o escribir en español. Pero mis padres se me va a hacer es tomar el año que viene como el crédito de secundaria.
Which means....
My name is Spanish-hater. I do not like to speak, read, or write in Spanish. But my parents are going to make me take it next year as high school credit.
I can't wait till next year when I get to take advanced math, reading, and science...
Okay, I've covered:
Goodnight

Yesterday was the Last day I had church on a regular basis, like every Wednesday. I got a huge Ice cream cone **happy dance** I still have choir and bells practice **ugh** for two weeks though.
I had track today and my shins didn't hurt!!! **YAY** I have practice tomorrow again. Next Monday I have my last track meet. On Wednesday I have the All-City-Meet, which conflicts with my choir practice.

- No more church
- Non-hurting track
- And last but not least... I HATE SPANISH

Another Day in Paradise...
I Wish... But Iowa is not a Paradise
We got
Heat -check
Sun -check
Beach -nope
Low Humidity -nope, higher than ever
Relaxation Time -nope, I've been running too much **sniff**
On to other news. My best friend got sick today. :( I usually go to her house every Wednesday, but I couldn't today. :(
I had P.E. today and we played basketball I got hit in the face **sniff** it hurt a lot, but didn't start bleeding, I was hoping it would because then I could get out of the rest of the class, oh well...
In Tech Ed today, By best friend is my partner... and we're drawing a floorplan, and I had to crawl on the floor to measure the length of the wall... 70.5 ft...
I finished Science Fair last night **happy dance** and my other friend finally remembered to bring that book, The City of Glass. **another happy dance**
Just Another Day in Paradise...

NOOO... Not Again!
Nooo.... I asked a friend if I could borrow a book, no big deal right, and she said she'd bring it today. But **sniff** she forgot it, how hard is it to remember a book? Seriously...
In other news I got 135% on my homework yesterday!! I geuss I forgot that all but four of the problems I hadn't done in class were extra credit **shrugs** I didn't need it, but at least I did it.
I'm almost done with the book I have to finish by tomorrow, Science Fair, It's good but a little creepy at times. I'll be glad when it's over.
I had Track Practice Today and I amazingly did not get sick! (omg!) but I did almost faint from heat exhaustion and got another shin splint, which hurts a lot (I would not recommend them at all).
On the bright side, I only have Social studies homework! YAY! I have to find a product to research or somthing like that,l I don't understand it really...
I should probably stop now I'm watching bubbles appear on my screen. And No, I'm am not on any drugs!!!

Okay... Track, Homework, BOB, and iPods
Okay... Today I had a track meet (ugh) and did really bad. I run long distance and I came in last for the Mile (1600m), I cringe at the thought, and fourth in the half-mile (800m) which is not that bad to be honest, but I almost threw up after that one. I don't remember my times, but I know I improved by 30 sec in the Mile and 15 sec in the 1/2.
I had a lot of Homework too.
And I still have another book I have to finish by Wednesday. (Why did I set these goals for myself? I'm only torturing myself.) And I'm not even to the rigorous schooling yet... HOMEWORK SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! **Sighs Deeply**
And my best friend has been mad at me for not being on the BOB (Battle Of the Books) team, so I had to promise to try next year. (See the key word?) She reads this blog so I'll probably get a mouthful tomorrow...
And I finally got some new songs for my iPod (do a happy-dance):
Okay... that's it for Today...

- Math- 12 Algebra problems
- Science- A Rock Profile (whatever that is)
- Reading- make a puzzle? read 3 chapters (otherwise known as 41 pages)
- Social Studies- A Product Profile (another Profile? I think my teachers hate me)
And I still have another book I have to finish by Wednesday. (Why did I set these goals for myself? I'm only torturing myself.) And I'm not even to the rigorous schooling yet... HOMEWORK SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! **Sighs Deeply**
