A Different Kind of Avatar...

Those of you who have been following my blog for a while know that I'm very picky about my movies... Like I don't like Avatar (It's just too... Greeny?) or Twilight (Bad movie based on a bad book... and that applies for the entire series)

Well... I just watched an AWESOME movie... The Last Airbender... which was based off the cartoon TV show: Avatar: The Last Airbender... SO BEAT THAT AVATAR SUCKY GREENY MOVIE!!! THIS ONE WAS HERE FIRST!!! **breathes deeply** Sorry 'bout that... I haven't yelled at something for days... needed to get it out of my system...

Am I the only one who hates parents??? They're making me go to bed now... see y'all soon...

The Worst & Best... but mostly the Worst...

I'm depressed... I can't find anything to write about for my science essay over how astronomers & astrophysicists study black holes which is due Friday and I only have like 2/5ths of what I need...

Another reason why I'm depressed is that I'm taking my first final on Monday... in Math... over the hardest stuff I've ever done in my life...

And I also found out that that science test I got a B- on? yeah... it was a C+... I think I'm going to die... If I don't keep my grades up I'm going to start getting B's... I don't think I can survive B's!!!

At least I'm getting all A's at my home school... which isn't really something to be proud of... they're all really easy...

The best part of my weekend is that I got to watch GLEE!!!! yay!!! **Happy Dance** I'm into the 2nd season... and it's awesome... I'm almost caught up!!! the only problem is that my mom took away Glee privileges until I do my chores... Am I the only one who hates parents??? I was thinking about doing a post yesterday but decided to wait until I wasn't so mad at my dad I would curse him into oblivion...so yeah....

I gotta work on my essay... then do chores... then study for my Final... then watch Glee...

P.S. If anyone knows the best way to study for a math Final... tell me...

Boring... Kinda... Fun... Kinda...

Okay... I am officially upset... why? you ask??? I got a B- on my science test... A *^*%% B-!!! I hate chemistry... Like the teacher... hate the class...

Another thing... I had a meeting with the session of my church tonight... It was as the title says... kinda boring... kinda fun... I got to learn a lot about my partner elder... and a lot about how the session works...

Uh Oh... My mom's yelling at me for being up so late... It's only 9:00... parents suck sometimes...

I Hate... And I Mean HATE... SCHOOL!!!!!

Ugh... life sucks... why do teachers... specifically Central Teachers... love to give us homework??? Why can't they be like my Home School teachers and be too dumb to teach me anything (Although there are some exceptions) Huh??? Why not???

I'm mad because we had to read To Kill A Mockingbird... just reading it to read it would be fine for me... but I had to read it... and to WORKSHEETS!!!!! **Someone mutters "Technically they're study guides..."** I. Don't. CARE!!!!!!! I hate them!!! They're even harder than my Math Homework... (I'm taking the hardest Math Class for 8th graders hehe...) Which is a very hard thing to do... and they take longer than my Science  Homework... (I have to take notes {is forever a descriptive enough word for it??? YES!!!} And do some of the hardest stuff I've ever seen...) Which is even harder... So... I ask you... do you think I can survive 4 more books of these???

Oh...  1 WEEK, 1 WEEK, 1 WEEK....

Wow... I haven't had a happy dance in forever... and I mean FOREVER!!! Because if you haven't figured it out yet... Life's a little hectic around here right now... Not to mention the fact that my BFF is mad at me (Again) for a reason she won't tell me (Again) And I'm too stupid to figure it out... and yes... I'm in Radically Accelerated Geometry...

So... yeah... 19 DAYS!!!!!

You do know what that means right??? My life is going to get even more hectic while my friends and I read up on the HARRY POTTER AWESOMENESS!!!!! OH YEAH!!! Life can be awesome in the midst of suckiness...

I'm on my 12th BOB book... When You Reach Me by Rebecca Stead... And yes Stina... I remembered that... I didn't cheat and look at the book... or list... or cards... or anything...  **Hears a doubtful Cough** I Didn't!!!  **Someone Laughs**

I Finally read you... AND YOU SUCK!!!!!! Well... you don't suck... but you're nothing compared to The Percy Jackson Series... (Okay for those of you want to read the book and haven't yet... stop reading... Spoilers are coming...)

I mean seriously... Percy... Kidnapped??? That's just wrong... Percy's supposed to be the one coming to everyone else's aid... isn't that his mortal weakness or something??? But why a daughter of Aphrodite? A son of Hephaestus? Son of JUPITER??? WHO THE HECK IS JUPITER???

I don't care about the cliff-hanger... not like I did with Catching Fire... that one sucked... this one didn't... but that seems to be all the reasons my best friend doesn't like the book... I don't like the plot... It was way too predictable... maybe its because I've been reading Percy forever... and rereading them over and over agian that I know the author like the back of my hand, but seriously... I predicted every single thing they did... EVERY SINGLE THING!!!!!! From Rachael to Midas... and everyone in between... it was just way too predictable... that's all I got to say...

No More Writers Block... YAY!!!!!!

I finished my essay today... FINALLY!!!  Ugh... it took me forever, but I only do things if I have a severe deadline... like the next day... so... I did it... in one hour... waited for my mom to come home and had her 'help' me with it and she ended up practically re-doing all of it... which was a good thing because it sucked the first time...

I'll put it on here after all my friends have theirs due... YES BRINA, I JUST SAID YOU CHEAT!!!

Now that thats out of the way on to more pressing matters... like the fact that I haven't read at all this weekend, unless you count the 3 hours I did on Thursday which I don't, cause Hey! I don't like Thursdays, I just had a conversation with myself about how I don't like having tests on Thursday because I don't get home until 9:00 to 9:30 on Wednesday's and I have absolutely no time to study... except for science... I have 1 hour to study for that in Study Hall...

And no... I AM NOT CRAZY!!!!!!!

I also only have one day to go to get an achievement!!! **HAPPY DANCE** And that's in Wow for all you un-enlightened minds... seriously... if I can play it... anyone can... and I can play it pretty well... So all of you can too!!! I have, like, 50,000 honor to get some pretty awesome gear... which I've never paid attention to before...

Oh and yes... I did get bored...

Yay... I got no school today (Excuse my improper English, but when you have to speak proper all the time... it gets kinda old...) I'm so happy... and Brewfest has started in Wow... The Sun is shining... and I have 3 days to write my stupid Essay...

I'm supposed to write a 5 paragraph essay, by MONDAY, and it can't have any facts... only opinions... which must be "Strong Claims" WHATEVER THOSE ARE!!!!! I hate it.... and... on top of all that...  I can't use ANY of the following words:

• always
• everything
• everyone
• very
• you
• a lot
• good
• nice
• great
• get/got
• contractions (isn't, wasn't, can't don't etc.)
• I (unless instructed)
• slang (kid, cop, guy, etc.)

Oh... and that's only English... I also have Math... Government... Media... Spanish... & Science... did I forget anything??? nope... that's all my classes except for Orchestra (which I hate) and P.E. ... and Study Hall...

I GOT IT!!!!!!!!!!!

I finally got Spy Glass... YAY!!!! I've been waiting for this book since I started reading Snyder's first trilogy back in November... ugh... I can't wait to finish it!!!! I'm about half way through... I'm going to cut this short so I can go back to reading...

for the past two weeks all I've been doing is homework, homework, homework... even this blog post is a diverson tactic to get my mind off of all the homework I have due tomorrow... gah... don't teacher's realize that a 8th grader has a life???

I'm seriously regretting getting my parents genes for smartness right now...

15. Colleges? Try Iowa State University, University of Iowa, or University of Northern Iowa. They come outta there with an education plus a love for God and country, and they still wave at passing pickups when they come for the holidays.

16. We have lots of folks in the Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marines, The highest percent that serve in the nation, so "Don't Mess with Iowa". If you do, you will get whipped by the best.

First Days of School...

Well... one... Mockingjay came on Wednesday... and it SUCKED!!!!!!!!! 

Then the next day School started again... highlights of the day... I hate my first hour teacher... my 2nd hour teacher is crazy... I had 3 minutes to eat lunch... I was literally running though the halls eating a banana hoping to catch the bus... Which was 10 minutes late... Then I had more homework from one class at central, than I did with all my classes all last year... so yeah... I have 3 central classes... I'm not even half done with all my homework... AND IT'S SATURDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Life sucks... I better get back to my absolutely boring and insanely hard homework...

I Sad Now... **Cry**

I'm really sad now... MOCKINGJAY HASN'T COME YET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Grrr... My dad say's I'm an idiot for thinking that the book would actually come today... Stupid me for thinking it would when it says it will come on August 24th... **Looks at Calendar** Yep it's August 24th... **Looks at Clock** I don't think it's coming at 9:00 at night...sadly...

I was at my mom's Open house from 5:00 to 7:00... then at my own from 7:15 (gotta have time to drive there!) to 7:30... and then we went to Staples, but we didn't find what we were looking for... but I did get a graph notebook... which will be great for Geometry...

By the way... my Open house for Central is tomorrow night...

Oh... My dad is yelling at me to go to bed... See ya!!!

11+1 Does Not Equal 12... It Equals 11+1!!!

You must think I'm gong crazy... wack-o... insane... well... we havent heard back from the isylum so I'm likely not... But 11+1 isn't 12!!! The 11 is how many bug bites I got from working outside all day... and the 1 is how many days left until Mockingjay comes out!!!!!!! YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sorry... I can't control my emotions... The allergy medicine is starting to kick in... **Smiles Mischievously** Yeah...

Today... my dad, brother, and I... but mostly my dad and I... took the majority of our grapes off their vines... fighting the wasps, ants, birds, wind, and a whole bunch of other stuff along the way... Did I mentien that the wasps were the size of my fist??? or that the ants were 2 or 3 times the size of normal ants??? and that they were red ants??? and the Heat Index was over 100??? or that the wind was going at least 25 mph???

Yep... it sucked... and I was in the middle of Catching Fire... getting ready to read Mockingjay... I was right before my favorite part!!! The Victory Tour... **Sad Face**

I just finished it... and the bug bites are starting to grow... Am I the only one who hates bug bites??? Cause if I am... oh, somebody's gonna get hurt...

I Think I'm In Love...

I'm in love... **Stares dreamily off into the distance** Sorry... Yes... I'm in love... with The Lord of the Rings Extended Edition Movie Box Set that is...

You remember that party I had to go to after I wrote my post yesterday??? Well... It was her half Birthday or something, so I went and remembered that she had the Extended versions of Lord of the Rings... **Stares dreamily** I convinced her to watch them... We started the first one at 5:30... but we took an hour break at 8:00 to go swimming... and each movie is approximately 4.5-5 hours... pretty long considering a normal movie is 2.5-3 hours...

Well... I got half-way through the 2nd one before I fell asleep, this was at, like 11:30, but I woke up 15 minutes later... and then I fell asleep at the beginning of the 3rd one... but I didn't wake up again...

This morning we re-watched the end of movie two, because my BF (Who was there) fell asleep and wanted to see that part. and pretty much all of the 3rd one... we skipped some parts becuase it was almost time for us to go... **Sad Face** At least is was the parts I don't really like... The Frodo, Sam, and Gollum parts...

I gotta go do dishes... See Ya!

So... as you can all see... I decided to change my blog's appearance... Again...

I know I do this a lot, but I do it, becuase it's fun, and I like a change, every once and a while.

If it seems like my writings' a little more, I don't know... proper? School Type? Well... it's becuase at the moment, I'm writing some notes for Central... Yep... Homework in the summer sucks... for most people... Me, on the other hand... Enjoy it... **Gasps of horror** Yes, my dear friends... I like homework!!! (I know, I know... this kinda contradicts my first blog post ever, but, hey... it's not my fault!)

Well... I gotta go get ready for a birthday party... so... Bye...

Fair's Still Here...

The Fair is still in town... and my parents went to the Grandstand concert Tuesday night... while I stayed home and finished CONFESSOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm finally done with the Sword of Truth series, and I can review them... I'll wait until after Spy Glass is reviewed, becuase there's 13 books... and I want them in there consecutively... so... Wizard's First Rule will be reviewed on September 6th...

Yesterday was the Third Time I went to the fair... this time it was mostly to get food we wanted... and listen to some music... plus I needed a new Panther Tattoo... the old one wore off...

I got a smoothie and shared it with my mom... I got a tenderloin and shared it with my mom... I got some doughnuts (Those were too good to share) And I got a cup of cookies that I shared with my mom...

I'm loving... I share with my mommy... **Snicker's in the Background** Yes, BF... I do...

I Can't Hear YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

THAT WAS AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!! I went to the Concert at the Grandstand last night... My ears hurt a lot... **Sad Face** But that's the only thing I'm sad about...

Well first I should mention that yesterday was the first day of the Iowa State Fair!!!!!!!!! One of the best things that God ever created... It's awesome... I go every year... Lots of people say it's the best fair in the country, maybe even the world! It's in one book that has 101 things to do before you die... or something like that...

Well the concert last night was Newboys & MercyMe... personally I like Newsboys better... but that's just me... MercyMe is just a little too slow for my tastes... Oh well... I liked their stage performance well enough...

Newsboys has a new lead singer... in the past year, year & a half, their lead singer, I don't know the term... stepped down??? And so they asked Micheal Tait... He's awesome...

Well... time to go back to the fair... **Waves** BYE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I Finally finished Faith of the Fallen last night... it took me like 8 hours, but I did it... I didn't really like it as much as the other ones... but I guess it was pretty good... You know how most series' just keep getting better and better??? Well... this one just keeps getting worse and worse... I really liked the first one... then the second was kinda weird... I liked the third one just fine... four... not so much... and five was just terrible...

But for those of you who've A) never heard of the series... B) Never read them... C) Just want to hear a review... or D) all of the above... I'll just you a quick summary of the series of 13 books 800+ pages each...

Richard Cypher grew up son of a carpenter until a mysterious woman came to his hometown and convinced an old man... who we now know is a wizard... to name Richard the Seeker of Truth... a person who helps to keep the peace among the lands... then Richard goes out on a quest to help the people of the Midlands to overthrow an evil tyrant: Darken Rahl... I won't ruin the series for you if you do read it so... that's only book 1... I didn't even talk about a the little details... I particularilly like the part where Richard is captured and tortured to death by an evil Mord Sith... YAY I LIKE MORD SITH! Lol...

I gotta go... I'm runnin out of stuff to ramble on about... See Ya!

Ugh... Shopping... At Least I Got Some Good Stuff...

I HATE SHOPPING!!!!! Ugh... my mom made me go shopping with her today... because it's Tax-Free and all... anything to stop the government...  off topic sorry...  I got over a hundred dollars in clothes and shoes... yep... I went to Kohls... I got 5 cami's... 3 over-shirts... a pair of boots... a pair of flip-flops... and a pair of pants... MY AMOUNT OF CLOTHING JUST DOUBLED!!!!!!!! Oh well...

I don't think I've had this many pairs of shoes at once in my life... I have Tennis-shoes... flip-flops... boots... work shoes... two church shoes... cleats... two slippers... three outdoor boots... and a tennis-shoe slip on thingy...
That's... 1,2,3,4,6,7,9,12,13 pairs of shoes... THIRTEEN!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh well... gotta love life... one parent buying ya stuff they can't afford... then the other one yelling at them that they can't afford it... **Sigh**

Yeah... um... I went to the library too!!!! A HAPPY SUBJECT!!! The best 5 minutes of my day! **Happy Dance** Oh how I long for the peace and tranquility of all those pieces of art, lined up in seamless rows... **rambles on for a while... then someone slaps me** Right... Sorry... um... I got two books: The Season by Sarah Maclean & The House of the Scorpion by Nancy Farmer... The Season's a re-read... awesome book there... and the other one's a option for summer reading at central...

Well... I gotta go!

Day At My Mom's School... And Then An Awesome Lunch...

My mom was Co-teaching summer-school this year... and her co-teacher (CT)want me to meet her daughter... so my mom told me that I would go to school with her today... and yes... that meant that I had to get up at 6:00 this morning... which I should do more often so that I get into a schedule for school again...

Well... I went... and I turned out that she had one of the best things in the WORLD!!!! She had a NOOK!!!! I've wanted one of those since forever ago!!!! She let me look at it... and I fell in love... I ended up playing Soduku... it was fun... but it was harder than the ones I'm used to...but she helped me...

Then students started coming and we played some games... okay... a lot of games... Then it was CUPCAKES!! It was a students birthday... then there was a football player volunteering outside that had a birthday today... and Monday was another kid's birthday... so... We had CUPCAKES!!! I didn't care if I had a migraine after wards... or that the cookies gave me a headache... it was totally worth it...

Then we went back to the classroom and played some more games... this class was rowdier... they didn't cooperate with my mom and her CT very well... so they ended up getting yelled at... interupting the Phase Ten game we'd started... but soon they left and we finished our game...

Then wewent to a Mexican restruant... I ordered a Beef Taco with a side of Re-Fried Beans and Rice... It was good... I smothered everything with Sour Cream...We talked... ate... and talked some more... by the time I'd eaten half my taco, I was stuffed... the sour cream was gone... and I'd drank 2 huge glasses of Water...

Soon we left... I had half my taco left... and some rice... still smothered with sour cream...

My Mission Trip... & Some Unexpected Things...

We got back from Cedar Rapids yesterday... I was so tired I coped out as soon as I got home... I'll give you a brief summary of what we did...

We got there about 4 o'clock. we settled in... ate supper played some games... went out for ice cream (Which I can't eat **Sad Face**) and did devotion... falling alsleep... **Smiles mischievously**

The next day we went to work on helping people in prove the curb appeal of their houses the only bad thing was that it started raining... and we had to work on the porch... but soon it was  time for lunch... we had turkey... and then it was time to go back to work... and we went back to the church at about 4... then it was the same as the night before... after we all took showers of course...

The next day was pretty much the same as the previous until we got back to the church... we all took showers and while I was getting back to the room where we slept, everyone was looking around worried some frantically... I asked one of my friend's what was going on and she said that some people's stuff was missing... **Collective Gasp** I know... I gasped too... I immedeatly checked my stuff... it was all there... I wasn't worried becuase I'd taken all my important stuff with me... the most important thing that I left was my book... (which had sentimental value and not worth a lot of money) but over-all we had $100+ taken... two iPods... a wallet and an iPod charger... which was hooked up to an iPod Touch which wasn't stolen...

Needless to say everyone was freaked out... we were going to go to Iowa City that day but in light of the circumstances we all voted to order pizza and stay in the church... later we watched We Are Marshall... a Football movie...

We left the next day... and now we're home!

Okay... I Got Five Minutes

Okay... in Five minutes I have to get off to get ready to head off to Cedar Rapids for my mission trip.

We were AWESOME at CACTUS this morning... they actually heard my descant in our song... kind of hard to though, my mom said... understandable when it's two people vs. 50 kids singing another part and 20 kids jumping around...

My totem looked really cool too...

Our Dance was perfectly timed!!!! It was awesome...

Our Drama was okay... I think... I wasn't paying much attention to the actors, since I was busy reading...

Siahymba was SWEET! I loved it... it was one of the best versions of Siahymba I've ever heard... magnificent...

Well... I'm reading Fire Study at the moment... It's the third book in the series with Poison Study, and Magic Study... I've read the series before, but while I was writing the reviews for them, I had a sudden urge to read them again... so, I requested them from the library and now I'm reading them!!! Again... Overall, my favorite is Poison Study, but my favorite parts are in Magic Study and Fire Study... after I finish these, I'll probably have to re-read the Glass books... which I suppose is a good thing since Spy Glass is coming out September 1... barely more than a month away...

I'm about half-way through Fire Study... The Trio... Yelena-the main character, Leif-her brother, & Moon-Man-her Story Weaver, are traveling across Sitia trying to stop Cahil from releasing a great power upon the country... Did I mention that Yelena is the All-Powerful, reckless Soul-Finder??? She can return lost souls to their rightful place... whether that be in the Sky or their bodies... And she can even raise the dead??? Even thought they're changed and are trying to go back to the sky... Or That the Diivian Warpers are taking over the country??? That they have one of the Master Magicians (there are 4 and are the highest political & magical power in the country) as their leader???

I know... it's all very confusing... Just be glad I didn't even try to explain Valek.... or Ixia... **Shudders** They're the 'bad guys' that help save Sitia from total annihilation... (Big Word!!! **Happy Dance**)

Um... what else??? Oh... I watched Eureka last night... GD (Global Dynamics) turned into an angry mob and tried to kill Fargo... the guy in charge... when the only people not effected were Jack (the Sheriff), Allyson (Head of the Infirmary), and Tess...(Head of Section 5, dangerous experiments) and no one knows why...

Then we watched Haven...Which was along the same lines as Eureka,which was weird... all the insane people got better, and all the sane people went berserk... angry with rage... it was very weird...

Well... I gotta go get supper ready... for myself... my parents are going somewhere apparently...

Ella Enchanted... & Poison Study... With A Side Of Puking...

I watched a movie last night!! **Happy Dance** It was... Ella Enchanted... I told my parents to request it the day before Easter... Um??? Wasn't Easter in April??? Or was it March??? Oh well... it was about a girl named Ella (Obviosly) and she had a curse cast on her, she would always do what people told her to... but she fell in love with the prince, and the king (who hated his nephew) used the curse against her, and she almost killed him, but she overcame the curse becuase of her love for him, but she was thrown in jail, her friends rescued the prince, becuase the King was trying to kill him... again... and they succeded in rescuing him...and you know the rest... They got married and lived happily ever after...

I read Poison Study Today... yeah... I'd read it before but, I'd forgotten all the good parts!!! how could I have forgotten??? It's one of the Best Books Ever!!!!!!!!



Oh well... Tonight I was, like, really sick... I felt like I was going to throw up every time I moved... even if I only moved my fingers!!! It was terrible... Ugh... my stomach churns just thinking about it... I was about ready to throw up and then all of a sudden... I was all better!! It was a miracle...

Well... I'd better go...

The Sky is Everywhere...

I read this book last night... it's AWESOME!!!! I know I say that about pretty much every book, but this one really is!!! It's about a girl whose sister just died, and she's confused becuase she likes her sister's boyfriend, and all the while, there another boy she likes... its all very confusing... but it's sooooo good!!! And for you Band Geeks... you know who you are... she plays Clarinet... and she's second seat or something... She could be first, but doesn't like the solos!! (I'm liking this girl) and she works at a deli... and lives with her Grandma and Uncle Big... It's just really funny!!!

Um... Yesterday, (Before I read The Sky is Everywhere) My dad showed me how to mow our lawn, I can hear my Best Friend gasping in horror... asking how many trees did I uproot... My reply to that would be... I did a really good job, now shut up and finish reading... I'm just kidding... I only missed a few spots, and afterwards, I felt really good for some reason... I don't know why but I felt like I could do anything...

I also redid that Hogwarts Puzzle yesterday!! I wasn't as fun though...

Two Books and Some Notes

I finally started Ender's Game... I forgot how good it is... For those of you who haven't read this, it's about a boy who gets chosen to attend Battle School, and faces a lot of things in his life... but overall, it's a good book...

Sadly... I'm not to my favorite part yet... the point where he's commander of Dragon Army... very exiting stuff...

I got a book called The Sky is Everywhere, from the library today... I'll probably read that, after I finish Ender's Game...

I'll have to start taking notes on Ender's Game... I'm reading it for Central and I have to write a report for it during the first week of school... so I need to get those notes done...

Gotta go... suppers ready!! I think we're having Hot Chicken Salad...

Bad Books... **Sadly Shakes Her Head**

I Started Anything But Typical today... if you like the kind of books I do... DON'T READ THIS!!!!! It was sooooooo boring... It was about a boy with autism who wrote stories online and then he went to a conference.. So yeah... Don't Read it!!!

Yesterday, we went to my grandma's... and ate Brunch with her...

Not much going on... I'm bored out of my mind!!!!! Maybe I'll read Ender's Game... but maybe not...

BF's and Too Much Food...

I went to my BF's today... it was fun... I took my Harry Potter Movies and we watched #5... Order of the Phoenix... It was fun... I said that already... I'm just in weird mode... forgive me...

Well... Her dad want's her to walk a mile everyday, (which she doesn't always I might add...) and so we did that... while it was, like, 90 outside... and she was complaining because it was too hot... and I retorted that I was actually quite comfortable... and asked me "HOW CAN YOU NOT BE HOT???? IT'S LIKE 110 OUT HERE!!!!!" Yeah... she actually did yell it... she didn't hear her mom say that it was 92... **Smiles Mischievously** We talked about random stuff... So yeah...

Um... When we went back in and had supper, I ate WAY too much... Her dad bought KFC, and I don't remember the last time I'd had KFC... Boy was it good... I liked the beans... unfortunatly I got a stomachache... **Sad Face**

My BF let me borrow some of her music... most of it is contry... which she's gotten me hooked on... sadly... She let me borrow... 8 CD's...

ANOTHER ONE!!!!!!!!!

I read another book today... This one was The Adoration of Jenna Fox... It's a Bob book... now I've read... I don't know, 5 of them...

It was about a girl who survived a accident that she wasn't supposed to... she lost all her memory and then found out that her body was completely reconstructed... and yeah... she fell in love but she wasn't supposed to be alive so... it ends up that she lives forever... (sorry I kinda just spoiled the entire book **Sad Face**)

Oh well... I got Ender's Game from the Library... It's on the Reading list for Central, ya know?? I haven't started it yet... **Shrugs** I have until the begining of school so... no pressure...

Well... that's it... not much going on around here... so... yeah... Bye...

I Finished Bloodhound!!!!! YAY!!!!!!!! Beka was even better than in Terrier!! Although I don't like Dale as much as I like Rosto... **Snicker** You should have seen how much I was yelling at the book... saying that Beka better not fall for Dale or I will get very, very, VERY, MAD!!!!!!!!!!! UGH!!!!! She Fell for him... **Sigh** At least she got her heart broken... serves her right... SHE ISN'T SUPPOSED TO FALL FOR A BANK CLERK!!!!!!!! She left off the second book with a sort-of cliff-hanger... Which! I told myself to steer clear of... I HATE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! UGH!!! Why does the world hate me?????

(They had been in a Port in Bloodhound) With Rosto **Holds back a snide comment** The problem is that Crown Prince has been kidnapped... **Everyone looks at me like I've lost my mind** The Prince who is heir to the Throne??? Ring a bell??? So yeah... He's, like, a little baby I think... **Gasp** I know... terrible thing... kidnapping a baby... even if he's a Prince... (They're so cocky...)

Back To Basics... I Think...

I won't put you though the torture of Twilight bashing anymore... **Sad Face**

So, um... I um... Oh! I did a puzzle!!! It was kinda easy, yet kinda hard... It was only 550 pieces... which was what made it easy, but it had a lake in the middle, so I had to guess which piece went where, because they all looked the same... ugh... The lake was like half of the puzzle! It was a puzzle of Hogwarts... and Hogsmede... and the Forbidden Forest and the Black Lake... Which isn't very black...

Yeah, that took, like, 4 or 5 hours... I also read a lot today!! Yay! I read some more of Terrier... I'd started it on our trip to Colorado... but I hadn't gotten very far... but I read, like, 200 pages today... IN TWO & A HALF HOURS!!!! Yay!!! **Happy Dance** Terrier is one of the last books by Tamora Pierce that I haven't read... It's about a girl training to be a guard in the Lower City, the most dangerous part of Corus, the capitol of Tortall...Very interesting... Plus... there a little bit of romance **Smiles Mischievously**

I don't have much left in that book so... I'll go finish it!!!

Sorry, But I Gotta Do This...

Okay... I know that lately I've been on a anti-Twilight rant, thing... I guess it's all the Press about Eclipse... I hope the Press for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part One is a lot bigger than this... Otherwise I'm going to be MAD!!!!!!! Ugh... I know that some of my readers are Twilight fans but I DON'T CARE!!!! Read the sign and be enlightened... The Majority of Twilight fans are the simple-minded teenage girls who don't know something so bad if it hits them in their make-up covered faces...

If you don't do it for me do it for the poor little kitties... They're becoming Extinct Because all the people don't realize that the thought of Twilight is causing the deaths...

Did you know that Harry Potter was once subject to criticism because it "encourages teenagers to use magic." If Harry Potter Encourages Magic... Then why doesn't Twilight "encourage women and girls to let the men in their lives control their every action?" Bella just lets Edward do anything for her, and when he leaves she has a mental breakdown...

For once in my life, I'm actually glad I'm blonde... before... I couldn't care less...!

(Below) This is true... I wonder if Stephanie Meyer actually thought of this when she chose the cover of her book... Because vampires are dammed... and Adam & Eve were banished from the Garden of Eden... Isn't that basically the same thing?


So... When you die a horrible death because you drank the cool-aid and lived a life of the insecure because you were hoping a vampire would come and rescue you... think of the reasons I've listed... and... live a real life...

Edward Vs. Jacob...

Yes, Little pretties... I created this marvelous piece of art... and, yes... I hate Twilight, New Moon, Eclipse & Breaking Dawn... It ain't, no secret... I'm like the worlds, greatest advocate against the Twilight Saga... I'm like, famous at my school because of it... BF? Don't you go saying I'm not because you know it's true... She's probably complaining that she hates it more than me but... she doesn't... I can hear her now... "You don't have a sister who quotes the worst parts over and over again... and you don't have to live with everyone at school yapping about it all the time" You know what my dear BF? I feel your pain... but I have to live with a brother who complains about all the girls at his school complaining about how bad the movies are because they're too lazy to read the books... but this is my response to anyone who tells me that... I've read the books... I've seen the first two movies... THEY ALL SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I literally scream it at them... unless its during class... then I only mildly yell...

And all this about Edward vs. Jacob... Seriously?? That's like comparing dirty underwear to dirty socks... one sucks, and the other sucks even more...

I like this comparison better... Peeta vs. Gale... From the Hunger Games... I just read the last like, 50 pages of Catching Fire... UGH!!!! WHY CAN'T MOCKINGJAY COME OUT NOW???????? Ugh... you want to know why I hate & love Catching Fire at the same time?? I love it because it's one of the best books ever... and I hate it because of this... The last part of the book...

Custer and On To HOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After we got back from Mount Rushmore Tuesday night, we went out to eat and then went back to the hotel and went to bed...

Yesterday morning, we went to breakfast, and repacked the van and went to the visitors center... after listening to a guy ramble for a while, we got information about Custer State Park... we drove there, and saw some very, very beautiful veiws... at a lake... called Lake Legion...

We went for a hike and I took, like, 30 or 40 pictures...  it was fun...

Then we got back in the van and drove around for a while... took more pictures...

My brother didn't get out once... the weirdo... Oh well...

Not much to talk about other than the breath-taking views...

Then there was the Buffalo... They were fun!! And the Donkey's!!

My brother wanted to go to the South Dakota Air and Space Museum...

It was so Boring I almost CRIED!!!!!!!!!!!

It sucked... I am not, at all, interested in anything that has to do with air or space... But my brother and Dad are absolutely amazed by all of it... and, they expect me to be too... which, in itself, is even worse...

Oh well... I ended up doing a puzzle they had in the shop...

Then we left and started for home... a 10 hour drive... started at 3:30... Yep... we didn't get home till 1:30 pm this morning... It SUCKED!!!!! I can't sleep in a moving vehicle, unless I'm dead tired... which, I wasn't... and yeah... I was awake the entire time...

I was glad that I didn't eat the Burger King like the rest of my family... I hate Burger King and I probably would've thrown it all up... instead I had crackers for supper... not very filling... but it was better than eating a Double Whopper out of a Eclipse wrapper... Personally I don't get what all the fuss is about... they're terrible books... the only reason the movies are better is because it's only 2 & a 1/2 hours of horrible instead of days...

Forever... and Ever... and Ever... Then It's Rushmore

Today, we left  Denver... We went through Wyoming and into South Dakota... yep... We left at 8:00 (Mountain Time) & It was going to be, like, 6 hours... Sucks Right??

This is one of the most interesting parts of Wyoming... That we saw at least... Other than than the Exit that had nothing but fireworks stores...

We drove for 20 minutes once, without seeing another living soul... The prairie was endless... It went on forever, and ever, and ever...


And ever...

And ever...

And ever...

Oh well... I had my iPod... I had to recharge it twice... I went through my songs at least once, maybe twice... which isn't hard when you have 86...

It ended up being more like 7 & a 1/2 hours... we got turned around in one of the few towns that we went through...

At last we got to Custer... and we checked into our hotel at 3:30 and unloaded... Then my parents decided that we should go to Mount Rushmore... yep... we got 5 minutes out of the vehicle and then we were back in, driving another 20 minutes to get there... but it was worth it...

I had the feeling that I was standing among living history... It was AWESOME!!!!

We- or should I say, I took a lot of pictures the only problem was that it was drizzly and cloudy and miserable... luckily the pictures don't show it!

My parents bought me a T-Shirt and one of those crushed pennies... it's awesome...
